Q1: What materials do you use?
A: We use first-layer cowhide, vegetable-tanned leather and other premium hides, selected for durability, texture and character.
Q2: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on destination and shipping method.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
Q4: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not yet been processed/shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q5: How do I care for my leather item?
A: We recommend keeping your leather away from extreme moisture, prolonged sunlight, and using a soft cloth to dust periodically. For conditioning, use a suitable leather conditioner sparingly.
Q6: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter (see our Refund Policy).
Q7: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track via our “Tracking Orders” page.
