Refund Policy

At Hongkune Commerce Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds:

• Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

• To initiate a return, please email us at support@hongkune-commercestudio.store with your order number, reason for return and images if relevant.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  Exceptions:

• Customised products or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
  Defective or Damaged Items:
  If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will offer repair, replacement or full refund at our discretion.
